The first step towards a perfectly sanded bottom edge:
- With the Baseman you can quickly and precisely determine the angle of the bottom edge of your ski or snowboard.
- This information is important for the sanding process in order to know how many degrees to set on your sander.

1. display: Reading the lower edge angle (1 mm corresponds to 1°)
2. zero button: Zeroing (calibrating) the dial gauge
