Properties:
Interchangeable side angle plates
The Razor Tune side edge angle is set using interchangeable angle plates on the underside of the tool. The plates are large to ensure stability and constant edge angle. The standard kits come with a 3° plate for racing and a 2° plate for recreational skiers.
The grinding disc uses a synthetic super abrasive that offers better dry grinding than diamond. It grinds effortlessly through hard rock impacts.

User friendliness:
The Razor Tune tool can be used when the ski is sitting flat in a vice. This has two advantages. Firstly, it makes the process much more stable than when using standard edge file guides. The risk of accidentally tipping the tool over the edge is therefore much lower. Secondly, you can now sharpen, wipe and wax without ever having to change position in the vice.

Spring-loaded grinding disc:
An internal spring automatically sets the tension of the wheel against the ski edge. This eliminates the need for any adjustment by the user, making operation very simple and virtually error-free.

Ergonomics:
Razor-Tune finger recesses and rubber grips are sized to fit both small and large hands. The tool is weight-balanced and lies flat on the bottom of the ski, making the entire process stable and less prone to side angle errors. It is designed to be comfortable for both left-handed and right-handed skiers.

Quick-change angle plates: Change angles in seconds. No tools required. The set includes interchangeable 2° and 3° angle plates (88° and 87°) as standard, ideal for relaxed carving and aggressive racing lines. Optional 1°, 4° and customised angles are available.
